Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
· Provide laptop/desktop troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
· Diagnose hardware and software issues, implement solutions.
· Install, configure and upgrade laptop/desktop components and software.
· Conduct preventive maintenance checks.
· Ability to work on field and attend customer complaints
· Bike and driving licence are mandatory
· Conduct testing and validation of hardware designs to ensure performance and reliability.
· Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware and software functionalities.
· Analyze and resolve technical issues related to hardware components.
· Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends to incorporate them into product development.
· Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source and verify quality components.
· Document technical specifications and development processes.
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
