Job Description

As a Field Verification Executive, your primary responsibility will be to conduct on-site verification of client addresses and confirm their residence status. You will play a crucial role in validating the authenticity of information provided by our clients, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our services. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits to customers' locations to verify information and documentation.

- Collect and review verification documents such as identification, address proof, and other relevant materials.

- Ensure all collected information is accurate and complies with regulatory requirements.

- Record and update customer information in the company's database.

- Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and explain verification requirements.

- Provide assistance to foreign customers, including addressing language barriers and cultural differences.

- Identify and report any discrepancies or suspicious activities to the Verification Manager.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data protection standards.

- Provide regular updates and reports on verification activities to management.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient verification processes.

- Stay updated with the latest regulations and guidelines related to verification and compliance.

- Work flexible hours, including early morning shifts, as required.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, a related field preferred.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of verification processes and compliance regulations.

- Experience in handling foreign customers and understanding of international verification requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in multiple languages is a strong advantage.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and verification software/tools.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

- Flexibility to work early morning shifts.
