Job Description
- Scrutiny of Documents Thoroughly review documents submitted along with Application for correctness and completeness as per existing underwriting and other guidelines.
- Check clarity and readability of documents.
- Process clear cases in system for further action at UW team
- Raise Pending for identified issues
- Deliver a quality score of 99.5%
- Pending Calling to TALIC Sales Call Agents, Sales Manager or BA and provide details about pending raised on application submitted by them.
- Also obtained expected resolution date for pending raised
- MIS Prepare MIS and track effectiveness of process
- English Communication Candidates understanding about English should be good in order to perform financial underwriting
- Should be capable of communicating in English & Hindi
- Computer Literacy Candidate should possess basic knowledge of Computer, particularly MS Excel
