Job Description

Accurately input financial data, such as transactions, invoices, receipts, and expense reports into financial systems and databases.
Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements by entering necessary information into spreadsheets or accounting software.
Process and maintain records related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and make necessary adjustments to records.
Maintain and update financial files and documentation as needed.
Collaborate with finance team members to ensure that data entry is consistent with financial policies and procedures.
Prepare and organize financial data for audits and other compliance activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and accuracy.
Perform general administrative tasks and assist with other duties as required by the finance team.
