Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Payroll Process
- Daily employee payment budget
- Process Associates Salary and Reimbursements Slots
- Maintain data of salary and reimbursement return & reject cases
- Upload associates payouts slots in bank
- Update Bank Reference on web e portal portal against each Slots
- Maintain tracker of reimbursement supporting and filling
- Maintain bank proof of reimbursement for Huawei clients
- Maintain Employee TDS declaration tracker and filling
- Checking & verification with systems of employee Tax declaration Forms (Hard
Copy)
-Internal Coordination
- Coordination with HR for Salary returned and rejection cases ,
- Coordination with software team.
- Coordinate with employees regard TDS queries
Competencies Required:
Communication Skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
Knowledge of ESIC, PF , PT & LWD
Good in MS Excel
