Job Description
- CTC : 1.35 LPA to 1.80 LPA +Incentives+bonus+Cab
- Education Qualification: Any Graduate except technical graduates
- JOB Location : Gurgaon/Noida
- Semi- Technical Voice Process:
- Candidate should be able to solve the technical issues & provide solution for the same.
- Provide Support in inbound call center
- Document & add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository.
- Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers.
- Use of soft skills - Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
- Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally
- Shift window: Day Shift and US shift (Depending on the location)
- Education: UG -Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.A - Any Specialization, B.B.A / B.M.S - Management, B.Com - Commerce, B.Sc - Any Specialization.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power point and other Microsoft office tools will be an added advantage.
