Skills.
- Responsible for Collecting, talking to US/CAN Customers, pulling out invoice copies, sending documents to US/CAN customers, issuing refund to US/CAN customers, cleaning / updating bad data.
- May coordinate with departments regarding collection status, Dr/Cr wash etc
- Understand processes, practices and the collection tools and systems
- Good communication skills (written & oral), Basic knowledge of computers, Command MS Office & OS Applications
- Understanding of BPO environment
- Willing to work in night shifts
