Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop records management processes and policies
• Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
• Set up and maintain automated data processes
• Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
• Produce and track key performance indicators
• Develop and support reporting processes
• Monitor and audit data quality
• Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content
• Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
• Manipulate, analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to the business
• Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
• Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations using company’s software.
• Provide sector and competitor benchmarking
• Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or math and/or statistics and/or economics and/or computer science.(preferably ACCA/ACA with 3-5 years experience in big 4 audit firm)
• Several years of experience in Data analysis within the FMCG/Beverage industry is considered an advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
• The position requires proficiency in Excel. Experience with SAP Analytics would be considered an advantage
