2. Key Focus Areas:
2.1. DEBT Focus:
Structuring innovative financial solutions including Term Loans, Quasi Equity, Promoter Funding, and other Structured Products.
2.2. EQUITY Focus:
Private Equity, QIP, and facilitating M&A deals, representing both sell-side and buy-side clients.
2.3. Relationships Required:
Debt (Lenders): Strong connections with Banks (Public, Private & Foreign), NBFCs, and Financial Institutions.
Equity (Investors): Established relationships with Private Equity Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, AIFs, and Renewable Energy Corporates.
3. Work Profile:
Prepare high-quality, bankable documentation including Financial Models, Preliminary & Detailed Information Memoranda, Business Plans, Valuation Reports, Placement Documents, and Pitch Books.
Engage and coordinate daily with Lenders and Investors to drive financing solutions.
Conduct Due Diligence, SWOT Analysis, and perform in-depth Industry & Product Research.
Stay updated on economic trends, analyze relevant reports, and prepare comprehensive data summaries and presentations.
