Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans: Create lesson plans that promote creativity and artistic expression
- Teach: Different techniques, mediums, facilitate discussions, and activities
- Assess students: Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Keep records: Maintain records of student attendance
- Select materials: Choose materials that best support the learning objective
- Present materials: Present materials in a clear and organized way
- Adapt teaching methods: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students
- Encourage students: Encourage students to explore learning opportunities and career paths

- Artistic Skills: Proficiency in various art mediums like painting, drawing, sculpture, digital art, and understanding of design principles like color, line, form, and texture.
- Art History Knowledge: Familiarity with different art movements, periods, and artists to provide context for student learning.
