- Free hand drawing and sketching.
- Colouring and painting with various mediums and styles.
- Collaborate with team members on exchange of ideas and art creation.
Key Responsibilities
Art Creation

Produce original artwork using traditional or digital mediums such as oil, acrylic, watercolor, pencil, ink, clay, or multimedia.

Experiment with different styles, techniques, and materials to develop a personal artistic voice.

Work on self-initiated projects or commissions based on client briefs, themes, or exhibitions.

Prepare preliminary sketches or concepts and submit them for approval where required.

Translate concepts or themes into visually compelling and technically sound artworks.
Project and Commission Work

Create customized pieces for clients, collectors, or organizations based on specific requirements or themes.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and deliver satisfactory outcomes.

Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining artistic integrity and quality.
Exhibitions and Sales

Prepare artwork for exhibitions, including framing, mounting, and labeling.

Participate in art exhibitions, gallery shows, and art fairs to showcase and sell artwork.

Maintain an updated portfolio and ensure artworks are properly documented and cataloged.

Collaborate with galleries, curators, and agents to promote and sell pieces.
Research and Inspiration

Continuously seek inspiration from the world around you — nature, culture, people, events, and emotions.

Research trends in art, history, and contemporary styles to remain relevant in the art world.

Study the works of other artists for reference, learning, or conceptual development.
Promotion and Branding

Build and maintain a strong personal brand and identity as a fine artist.

Develop and manage an online presence through a personal website, social media platforms, or online art communities.

Create digital portfolios, artist statements, and bios for promotion and applications.

Engage with audiences, followers, and potential buyers through exhibitions, posts, or live art sessions.
Art Management and Administration

Maintain records of all created artworks including titles, dimensions, materials used, and pricing.
