Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager / Asst. Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Miramar, Panjim - Goa

Reports To: General Manager/Director of Operations

Position Type: Full-Time

Overview:

The Food and Beverage Manager / Asst. Food and Beverage Manager at Casino Carnival is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing a team, budgeting, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Food and Beverage Manager / Asst. Food and Beverage Manager will work closely with the executive team to develop strategies that align with the casino's goals, enhancing the guest experience and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and special events within the casino.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining quality standards.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all F&B operations.
Coordinate with other departments, including marketing, entertainment, and gaming, to ensure seamless operations.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage the F&B team, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any staffing issues promptly.

Menu Development & Quality Control:

Collaborate with the culinary team to design and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection for guests.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure consistency.
Implement and oversee inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Guest Experience:

Engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement special promotions, events, and themed nights to attract and retain guests.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 2 years in a casino or high-volume environment.
Proven track record of successful team management and financial performance.
