As a Food Delivery executive, you will be responsible for transporting food orders from restaurants or kitchens to customers in a timely and safe manner. Responsibilities:
Order Pickup & Delivery:
Pick up prepared food orders from restaurants within designated timeframes.
Deliver orders to customers’ locations efficiently and courteously.
Maintain a clean and hygienic delivery bag to ensure food safety.
Customer Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service by keeping them updated on order status.
Ensure a smooth delivery experience by resolving any minor issues promptly.
Following Guidelines:
Navigate efficiently using the delivery app.
Maintain a professional appearance while adhering to our uniform and safety guidelines.
Uphold traffic regulations and ensure safe riding practices.
