Job Description

We are looking candidate for food and grocery delivery

Paid weekly
Joining Bonus available up to ₹7000
Bike/cycle mandatory

Hours

Full Time: 8 hrs/day
Part Time: 4 hrs/day

Orders

Full Time: 15-20/day
Part Time: 8-12/day

Overview:

We are looking for a Food Delivery Executive to ensure timely and safe delivery of food and grocery orders to customers. The ideal candidate should be punctual, customer-focused, and familiar with local routes to complete deliveries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Pickup & Delivery:

Collect food and grocery orders from restaurants, stores, or warehouses.
Deliver orders safely and on time to customers at their doorstep.
Ensure proper handling of food items to maintain quality and hygiene.

2. Customer Service & Communication:

Interact politely and professionally with customers.
Confirm order details and collect cash/card/digital payments, if applicable.
Address customer queries related to orders and delivery status.

3. Route & Time Management:

Use GPS navigation or route planning apps to find the best delivery paths.
Manage multiple deliveries efficiently to reduce wait times.
Handle unexpected delays like traffic, weather conditions, or order issues.

4. Safety & Compliance:

Follow traffic rules and road safety guidelines.
Wear company uniform and ID badge while on duty.
Maintain the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) in good condition.
