Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Footwear Design.
- 3+ years of experience in footwear design, focusing on grading and pattern making.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
- Strong sketching, technical drawing, and communication skills.
- Must have a personal laptop for design work.
Preferred:
- Experience with various footwear categories.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
