Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: B.Com Graduate
• Certifications: Tally software or CCC software certification is mandatory
• Location: Ahmedabad
• Joining: Immediate joiners required

Key Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping and Data Entry
-
Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record all financial transactions using Tally or CCC software as per Indian Accounting standards.

Invoice Processing: Ensure that sales and purchase invoices are entered into the system and payments are recorded accurately.

Maintain Ledgers: Update and maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are accurate and complete.
2. Accounts Reconciliation

Bank Reconciliation: Assist with reconciling bank statements to ensure that the company’s financial records match with the bank.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Help with tracking and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring payments are made and received on time.
3. Preparation of Financial Statements

Assist with Monthly Closing: Help in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and other financial reports.

Tax Calculation: Assist in calculating and preparing GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings under Indian tax laws.
4. Payroll and Salary Processing

Salary Calculation: Assist with the preparation of payroll for employees, including deductions for taxes and benefits.

Employee Records: Maintain accurate records of employee payments, bonuses, and deductions.
5. Compliance and Documentation

Document Management: Assist in maintaining financial documents, reports, and records, ensuring they are organized and accessible for audits.

Support Auditors: Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports as required.
6. Assisting Senior Accountants

General Assistance: Provide day-to-day accounting support to senior accountants and finance team members.

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports and help in analyzing variances from budgeted figures.
