Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic fresher to join our team as a Fresher - Business Development Sales. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the influencer marketing industry, working closely with experienced professionals to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
Client Outreach: Assist in crafting and executing outreach strategies to engage potential clients via email, social media, and phone calls.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the influencer marketing industry.
Proposal Development: Assist in preparing and presenting proposals and pitches to potential clients.
Relationship Building: Support in managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, influencer relations, and creative teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
Reporting: Maintain and update CRM systems with client information and activity logs, and assist in generating weekly/monthly business development reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and influencer marketing trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
