Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create submittal and RFIs, create Purchase orders and Sub Contract agreements
Assist Project Coordinators
Process Request for information and Change orders
Prepare meeting minutes, schedule and post Daily Reports
Assist in the management of construction schedules, resources, and budgets.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they meet the timelines and quality standards.
Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Collaborate with teams to ensure that civil engineering designs adhere to sustainability standards and environmental regulations.
Support the implementation of eco-friendly and energy-efficient solutions in construction practices.

Office Timing: 5:30pm to 2:00am

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Required to work from office and no work from home flexibility.
