Job Description

We are looking for fresher Telecaller with Good communication skills

Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential clients.
Handle customer complaints or grievances courteously.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the leadership team.
Work with the customer service team to improve overall customer experience
