Job Description
Job Title FRONT OFFICE – ADMINSTRATION - (On Roll of TeamLease)
Contractual Period 1 year – Extendable based on Performance of the individual and
business need.

Education,
certification, and /or
experience required
• Graduate or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist
or in related fields are added advantage.
• Proven 3 to 4 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar
role.
Special Knowledge
required to perform
all the required task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Strong organization, documentation skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities :
➢ Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
➢ Support all Visitors to make entry into the visitor management system.
➢ Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
➢ To provide requested information to visitors and callers & to appropriately deal with
queries by providing relevant information regarding the organization to the public,
clients, and customers and to generally act as an interface to the Company.
➢ Manage the front desk and maintaining a tidy reception area. To maintain the
reception area at high level of hygiene and presentation.
➢ Support incoming and outgoing mail and packages, for the despatch room as required.
➢ Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
➢ Support to maintain office supplies / stationary - inventory and place orders as
necessary.
➢ Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and support as
required.
➢ Support as required to admin / facility team.
➢ Perform other related duties as assigned.
