We are Hiring for Front Desk Assistant
Job location - Nanded City, Pune
Notice period - Immediate or max 15 days.
Interview Mode - Face to Face
1. Educational Qualification -Graduate
2. 6 months-1 year experience in front desk or admin operations
3. Working Knowledge of MS office
Responsibilities/Duties -
* Greet guest and provide them administrative assistance
* Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable & equipped with necessary supplies.
* Answers all incoming calls.
* Redirect phone calls to the appropriate departments and take down message.
* Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
* Monitor, organize and forward emails as and when required.
* Maintain visitor register and coordinate with Vendors or suppliers as per requirements.
* Coordinate with HR ,admin and finance department.
