Position Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Executive with a strong hospitality background to oversee and manage daily operations at the property. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in customer service, team coordination, and strategic growth planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer sales and increase monthly revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to grow corporate bookings by adding new firms to the customer base.
- Maintain effective relationships with customers and staff to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage front desk operations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven hospitality experience, preferably in front desk or customer-facing roles.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Personality: Warm, approachable, and detail-oriented.
- Age: 25-40 years.
