We are Hiring for

Job Title: Front Line Sales Executive
Client: Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Purpose:

To offer customized insurance solutions to customers for all their financial needs and act as the primary interface between the customer and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly sell insurance products to customers via appointments (office/home visits).
Ensure leads/appointments allocated by the call center are attended and generate revenue.
Achieve self-sourcing sales targets.
Maintain daily business reporting, including MIS on sales calls (LMS), lead utilization, and conversion updates.

Functional Competencies:

Knowledge of financial markets.
Sales process implementation.
Business planning.
Competition benchmarking.

Behavioural Competencies:

Ability to anticipate and leverage business opportunities.
Build and nurture customer relationships.
Strong customer orientation.
Accountability for results.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade up to graduation.
6 months to 1-year experience in life insurance direct sales.
MBA Freshers with good communication skills are also eligible.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Kannada and English.
Age limit: Below 40 years.
Mandatory: Bike and a valid driving license.
Good communication skills, especially for MBA candidates.
