Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Managing day to day data.

· Recording and maintaining visitor’s data.

· Monitoring office supplies

· Responsible for interacting with clients.

· Responsible of maintaining In-out registers/ Visitor’s registers

· Addressing complaints.

· Bookkeeping and issuing invoices

· Pantry Management

· Inventory Management

· Managing Couriers

· Actively builds awareness of the Brand amongst clients

· Responsible for keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.

· Responsible for adhering to all the safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation.

· Provides and ensures high-quality customer service. Receives and resolves client feedbacks complaints in a manner consistent with company policy. Makes management aware of any complaints.
