Job Description

We are looking for a proactive female employees, customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage our office's front desk, provide exceptional service to visitors, and assist with administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance. The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary..
Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, providing necessary information or redirecting them to appropriate departments.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings..
Assist with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document management.
Maintain security by following procedures for visitor entry and monitoring the reception area.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations and communication.
Handle any additional tasks as needed by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Female candidates only.
Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role in an office setting.
High school diploma; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
