Job Description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, handle check-in/check-out, and assist with any requests.
Reservation Handling: Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
Payment Processing: Handle billing, invoices, and transactions.
Coordination: Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
Problem-Solving: Address guest complaints and ensure their stay is comfortable.
Record-Keeping: Maintain guest details, reports, and daily logs.

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hospitality (preferred).
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role (Freshers can apply).

Skills:

  • Strong communication in English and local language.
  • Good knowledge of hotel booking software (Opera, IDS, or similar).
  • Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
