Position: Full-Time Consultant Anesthetist
Location: Ulhasnagar, MaharashtraSalary: ₹2,00,000 to ₹3,50,000 per month

Experience in handling ICUs, emergency cases, and perioperative care preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients prior to surgical procedures to evaluate anaesthetic risks, history, and the optimal approach to anaesthesia.
Administer anaesthetic agents, closely monitor the patient's response, and adjust dosages as necessary during operations.
Collaborate with surgical teams to plan and execute anaesthetic strategies tailored to the specific procedure and patient needs.
Implement intraoperative monitoring techniques, interpreting results to maintain stable patient conditions throughout surgery.
Manage postoperative care to ensure patients recover smoothly from anaesthesia, addressing any side effects or complications.
Participate in continuing education and training initiatives to stay updated on advancements and best practices in anaesthesia.
Support and mentor junior staff and trainees, fostering a learning environment and sharing expert knowledge in anaesthetic practice.
Maintain structured documentation of all anaesthetic processes and patient interactions, ensuring comprehensive medical records.
