General Duty Medical Officer

Educational qualification : (i) A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (Other than Licentiate Qualifications) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956. (ii) Compulsory rotation internship. Desirable : At least one year experience.
Medical Officer (Homoeopathy)
No. of Post : 02
Educational qualification : Essential : (1) Degree in Homoeopathy of Recognized University / Statutory State board/ Council or Equivalent Recognized under the Homoeopathic Central Council Act,1973 (59 of 1973) (2) Enrolment on the Central Register of Homoeopathy or a State Register of Homoeopathy. Desirable : At least one year experience.
Medical Officer (Ayurveda)
No. of Post : 01
Educational qualification : Essential : (1) A Degree in Ayurveda of Recognized University / Statutory State board/ Council/Faculty of Indian Medicine recognized under the Indian Medical Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970). (2) Registration on the Central Register or State Register of Indian Medicine. Desirable : At least one year experience
Remuneration :
Rs. 80,000/- (Municipal & outside Municipal area South Andaman District)
Rs. 81000/- (North & Middle Andaman District)
Rs. 85000/- ( Nicobar group of Islands including Hut Bay)
Age limit : Not exceeding 35 Years
