About the Role:
ADS Hospital is looking for a General Manager (GM) – Operations to lead and manage the daily operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, quality patient care, and efficient use of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including staff management and resource allocation.
Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain service standards.
Monitor and improve hospital processes for better efficiency and cost control.
Work with department heads to meet operational goals and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
Handle staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and hospital performance.
Address any concerns raised by patients, families, or staff in a professional manner.
Create a positive working environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
8 to 10 years of experience in hospital operations or a similar role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational best practices.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
