1) Show product to customers

2) Field meeting customers

3) This is both office work and Field work

4) Targets

5) Handling all Gold Loan Audit and Compliance related matters.

6) Support Branch through Appraiser Identification/Onboarding and ensure Marketing Collaterals / Stationary are available as per requirement

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in understanding the gold loan process and provide guidance throughout the application process

Evaluate gold ornaments and determine the loan amount based on the gold value

Manage documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed

Perform credit checks and assess the eligibility of customers for gold loans

Maintain detailed records of customer information and loan transactions

Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in gold loan policies and regulations
