Job Description
1. Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, brochures, layouts, and visual standards for marketing/website activities across multiple channels
2. Handle multiple design assignments across the print (whitepapers, case studies, brochures, standees) & branding (logo design and stationery items) segments
3. Create professional pitch-deck or webinars PowerPoint presentations
4. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
5. Prepare drafts of material based on an agreed brief
6. Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts
7. Work on quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar
8. Design other promotional and marketing design for the company

1. Expert in creating marketing banners, posters, social media ads
2. High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
3. Basic knowledge of UI-UX design
4. Should have digital platform design experience and understanding for cross platform design guidelines
5. Demonstrated strong visual design expertise (portfolio) with ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography
6. Knowledge of print design/layout
7. Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks
