Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the real estate firm
2. Create compelling brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for various projects
3. Design visually engaging print and digital advertisements for online and offline campaigns
4. Produce eye-catching graphics for social media platforms to promote properties and engage with the target audience
5. Design website banners, landing pages, and email templates for marketing campaigns
6. Develop visually appealing presentations for property listings, including layout designs and infographics
7. Work closely with the sales team to create customized pitch decks for client presentations
8. Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's aesthetic and quality standards
9. Design signage for properties, including yard signs, banners, and other promotional displays
10. Stay informed about current design trends in real estate marketing
11. Conduct market research to identify design trends and ensure our materials remain competitive
Requirements:
1. Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field
2. Showcase a strong portfolio to demonstrate artistic skills
3. Excel in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
4. Familiarity with 3D rendering software is advantageous
5. Independently design with an innovative mindset
6. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
