Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Work with the senior designers and assist with various design projects, such as creating social media graphics, PPTs, web banners, and other marketing collateral.
2.Collaborate with other team members, such as copywriters, marketing managers, and web developers, to ensure that the design work aligns with the project objectives.
3.Work on researching industry trends by keeping yourself up-to-date with the latest design trends and technology, which will help you to create innovative designs that are in line with industry standards.
4. Manage project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met (you will be supported with guidance wherever required)
5. Work towards ensuring that all design work adheres to the company's brand guidelines and standards
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions since we welcome open discussion and contribution of original ideas to the creative process; this means actively engaging in discussions with the design team, sharing your insights and ideas, and offering constructive feedback on others' ideas
7. Prepare design files for printing and publishing, ensuring that they are in the correct format and meet the necessary specifications
