Position: Graphic Designer cum Office Coordinator

Job Description

Designing and Customization:

Utilize CorelDRAW and other design tools to create custom logos, product designs, and layouts based on client specifications.
Develop unique design concepts for jewelry and other gifting products, ensuring alignment with the client’s branding.
Ensure final designs are production-ready and meet quality standards.

Production Coordination:
Work closely with manufacturers and production teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Conduct quality checks on the final products to ensure accuracy and excellence.

Administrative Tasks:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including email correspondence, project timelines, and documentation.
Coordinate shipping and logistics for both domestic and international markets, ensuring on-time delivery.
Maintain organized records of past projects, designs, and inventory.

Client Engagement:
Assist the sales team by presenting design options and customization ideas during client meetings.
Address and incorporate client feedback into design revisions efficiently.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service and support.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CorelDRAW is essential.
Familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) for administrative work.

Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
A keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to produce innovative design ideas.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects effectively.

Experience:
Prior experience in graphic design or customized product creation (preferred).
Exposure to working with international clients or export processes is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:
A degree or certification in graphic design, fine arts, or a related discipline.
