Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to develop comprehensive training materials for
our B2B network. The ideal candidate will be proficient in graphic design and video editing, with a strong
ability to create engaging and effective content in both video and static formats. This role requires a
combination of design skills, technical expertise, and creativity to produce high-quality training
documents and multimedia content that enhances learning and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Design and produce training materials, including instructional videos, e-learning
modules, infographics, and other multimedia content.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for training documents, presentations, and
promotional materials. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design standards.
Video Production: Script, shoot, edit, and finalize training videos. Implement visual and audio effects to
enhance learning experiences.
Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content that is accurate,
engaging, and easy to understand.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high
quality of content. Maintain organized records of all content assets.
Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continually improve
content effectiveness and relevance.
Training Materials Update: Regularly review and update existing training materials to reflect changes in
products, tools, or processes.
