Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design Creation:

Design and produce high-quality graphics for various media platforms, including websites, print materials, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.

Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Develop creative concepts and visual identities for new projects, products, or campaigns.

Brand Development and Consistency:

Work with the marketing and branding teams to maintain consistency in the visual identity across all channels and materials.

Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand image and vision.

Collaboration with Teams:

Collaborate with the marketing, web development, and product teams to deliver designs that meet the needs of the business and target audience.

Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and timelines.

Website and Digital Design:

Design layout elements for websites and mobile applications, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.

Optimize digital assets for different screen sizes and formats, ensuring responsiveness across platforms.

Social Media Graphics:

Create visual content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn that are engaging, creative, and on-brand.

Work with social media managers to develop strategies for visual campaigns, including content calendars, to maintain an active and engaging online presence.

Print and Advertising Materials:

Design print materials, including flyers, brochures, business cards, posters, and banners, ensuring they are ready for printing.

Collaborate with printers to ensure designs are printed to specifications and quality standards.

Logo and Branding:

Design logos and branding elements that accurately represent the company’s or client’s identity, mission, and target audience.

Revise and improve existing branding designs based on feedback and market trends.

File Management:

Organize and manage design files, including project folders, design assets, and templates.

Ensure all designs are appropriately saved, backed up, and accessible for future use or modifications.
