Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually appealing designs across various digital and print platforms. They will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creativity
- Develop engaging visual content for marketing materials, advertisements, social media, websites, brochures, presentations, and other digital or print assets.
- Create logos, branding materials, and identity guidelines for clients or company branding.
- Design UI/UX elements for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
- Work with motion graphics and video editing (if required).
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design needs and requirements.
- Translate complex ideas into visually compelling graphics.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
Technical Skills & Execution
- Use industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Optimize graphics for web and print to ensure high-quality output.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Organize and maintain digital assets, design files, and templates for easy access.
- Ensure final projects meet business and marketing objectives.
