Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging designs for both digital and print media that align with the brand’s goals, marketing strategy, and client requirements. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of design principles. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life and deliver high-quality visuals that enhance the company's brand image and user experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, proficiency with design software, and a keen eye for detail. A passion for design, an understanding of current design trends, and the ability to work under pressure are also key attributes for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Creation and Development

Conceptualize, create, and deliver creative designs for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns, etc.) and traditional print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, etc.).

Develop branding materials, including logos, corporate identity kits, packaging, and promotional materials.

Produce visuals for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and digital content.

Ensure that designs are visually appealing, aligned with the brand's aesthetic, and consistent with the overall marketing strategy.

Create user-centric designs that enhance the experience of the target audience.
2. Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with the marketing, communications, and product teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and target audiences.

Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to integrate graphics with written content and visual elements.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and solutions.

Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to clients, team members, and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
3. Image Editing and Production

Edit and enhance images, including color correction, retouching, cropping, and preparing files for final output.

Ensure all design work adheres to quality standards and is error-free.

Optimize images and graphics for different platforms, ensuring that all designs are mobile-responsive and display well across all devices.
4. Brand Consistency

Maintain consistency across all visual elements and designs according to the company’s brand guidelines.

Ensure that all designs are on-brand, aligned with the brand’s tone, color scheme, and identity.

Help maintain and evolve the company's visual identity and branding materials to stay relevant and modern.
5. Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within established deadlines.

Prioritize tasks based on project deadlines and communicate progress to team leads or managers.

Maintain organized files, design assets, and documentation to ensure the smooth running of the creative process.
6. Market Research and Trends

Stay up to date with the latest design trends, software updates, and tools in the graphic design industry.

Conduct market research to understand the preferences and design aesthetics of target audiences.

Suggest creative solutions based on current design trends and industry standards.
7. Printing and Production Coordination

Prepare designs for print production, ensuring that files are properly formatted for production (e.g., DPI, CMYK, bleed).

Liaise with print vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.

Troubleshoot issues related to printing, production, and file formatting as needed.
