Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer, specifically with social media graphic design.
Proficient in Design Tools: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Experience with animation software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Animate) is a plus.
Creative Skills: Strong creative and conceptual thinking with an eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
Social Media Expertise: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest, and how design impacts engagement.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media design work, including various types of visuals like posts, banners, infographics, and ads.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members and receiving feedback.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing trends and new technologies, and to creatively solve design challenges.
Experience with Video Editing: Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO: Understanding of SEO principles related to image optimization for social media.
Animation Skills: Experience in creating simple animations or GIFs for social media.
Familiarity with Social Media Analytics: Understanding of how design choices affect engagement, conversions, and brand perception on social media.
