Cash management: Managing cash from the box office and candy area

Software operation: Operating the software system to generate revenue

Film content: Handling queries about the film content, rating, and show times

Statutory forms: Maintaining statutory forms and formats for revenue collection

Product and service information: Educating customers on products and services

Maintaining hygiene: Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation throughout service areas

Reporting hazards: Report any potential health or safety hazards to the Reception Manager
