AUREVOIR RESORTS HIRING GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE

QUALIFICATION : ANY DEGREE

EXPERIENCE : 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL INDUSTRY

SKILLS : GUEST RELATIONS, CUSTOMER HANDLING, LOG MAINTAINING

MALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.

Assist with check-ins and check-outs in a timely and efficient manner.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Provide guests with information about the facilities, services, and local attractions.

Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

Ensure the lobby and other guest areas are clean and well presented.

Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.
