Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Patient Consultation and Evaluation:

Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their hair loss history, lifestyle, and expectations.

Perform comprehensive assessments to determine the most suitable hair transplant technique (FUE, FUT, or other methods) based on the patient's specific condition.

Explain the hair transplant procedure, expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-surgical care in clear, understandable terms.

Surgical Procedures:

Perform hair transplant surgeries, including follicular unit extraction (FUE) and follicular unit transplantation (FUT).

Harvest donor hair follicles from the scalp (or other areas, if necessary) and transplant them to thinning or bald areas.

Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the surgical process, including administering local anesthesia and monitoring the patient's condition.

Post-Operative Care:

Provide patients with clear instructions on post-surgery care, including proper wound care, medication, and restrictions on activities.

Monitor the patient's recovery progress and address any concerns or complications.

Conduct follow-up appointments to assess healing, the success of the transplant, and hair growth.

Designing Personalized Treatment Plans:

Collaborate with the clinic’s team (nurses, technicians) to develop customized treatment plans for each patient based on their unique needs and hair loss patterns.
