Skills:

Proficiency in cosmetology, Head Massage, and nail care. customer care. Additionally, need to have expertise in hair cutting, hair colour, shaving, and spa services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult and understand clients' hair care needs.

Proficient knowledge of different hair types, textures, and conditions, as well as latest hair trends and styling techniques.

Creativity and artistic flair to design and create unique and personalized hairstyles for each client.

Strong attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy in hair cutting, colouring, and styling.

Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for skillfully handling various hair tools, such as scissors, brushes, and curling irons.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Basic knowledge of salon management and inventory management to support smooth daily operations.

Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple appointments and ensure punctuality.

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.

Provide expert advice on hair care, styling, and suitable treatment options based on individual hair types and conditions.

Perform hair cutting, trimming, and shaping to create desired styles that complement clients' facial features and personal style.

Apply various hair colouring techniques, such as highlights, lowlights, ombre, or balayage, to enhance clients' natural hair colour or create dramatic changes.

Conduct hair treatments, including conditioning, moisturizing, and repairing damaged hair, to improve hair health and appearance.

Style hair using various tools and techniques, such as blow-drying, curling, straightening, and updos, for special occasions or everyday looks.

Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative and fashionable hairstyling options.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, sterilizing tools and equipment to ensure a hygienic and safe environment for clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Recommend and sell hair care products, styling tools, and accessories to clients to promote healthy hair maintenance and increase salon revenue.
