Job Description
- We have a great openings for SME or Level 3 Technical Support You will be responsible for Escalated calls Or Level3 Tech Support.
- You Must be Confident in JL3 Networking and Hardware
- Good knowledge in Windows XP,7,8,8.1,10 Server-2008\2012
- Computer assembling and maintenance.
- Driver installation and OS Backup
- Printer installation and troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting of hardware and Software
- Installing and configuring the peripherals, components and drivers
- Installing, configuring and administering network technologies â
- Knowledge of LAN technologies, Switches, Cables
- Basic understanding of networks, hardware and cabling
- LAN switching and Installation
- Network Troubleshooting.
- TCP/IP Configuration, Smooth running internet, Maintenance
- Network processing, centralized and distributive network connection
- Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite
- IP addressing and subnetting, Routing concepts
- Switches: Basic Configuration & VLAN setup
- Router: Basic Configuration & monitoring of Cisco Router
- Good working knowledge of routing protocols such as RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, VLAN.
