We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our Sales and Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing tests and assessments to determine the type and degree of hearing impairment.
- Fit, adjust, and maintain hearing aids for clients, ensuring optimal performance and comfort.
- Provide comprehensive aftercare, including troubleshooting and resolving hearing aid issues.
- Educate clients on the proper use and care of hearing aids.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and hearing aid fittings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive product awareness and sales.
- To promote best practice in the field
- To maintain effective means of communication at all times
