Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

Evaluate and document student performance and progress.

Maintain a positive, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.

Meet with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns.

Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet diverse student needs.

Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.

Maintain accurate and complete records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

State teaching certification or licensure.

Proven experience as a High School Teacher or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and inspire high school students.
