Job Description
We are looking for a talented manufacturing engineer to oversee and improve manufacturing processes. The manufacturing engineer's responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality, designing new products and processes, as well as ensuring cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Process Design and Optimization
-
Design and develop efficient manufacturing processes to improve production flow, minimize waste, and reduce costs.

Analyze current production methods and suggest improvements using techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.

Collaborate with product design teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability and efficiency.

Production Support

Provide engineering support to the production team to resolve technical issues, improve productivity, and maintain product quality.

Monitor manufacturing performance and troubleshoot issues with machinery, tools, or processes.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Equipment and Tooling

Specify, source, and install new manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures to meet production needs.

Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure reliable performance.

Work with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and select appropriate technology or machinery.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Prepare detailed reports, process documentation, and technical drawings.

Use software tools like CAD, CAM, ERP systems, and simulation software to design layouts and workflows.

Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams to implement process changes, capacity expansions, or new product introductions.

Plan, manage, and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
