Key Responsibilities:
1. Office & Administrative Support:
- Handle file management, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist in faxing, photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
- Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
2. Physical & General Duties:
- Deliver files, documents, or messages within the office.
- Assist in basic housekeeping and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Provide general assistance to senior staff and employees.
3. Clerical & Mail Handling:
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
- Assist in basic banking tasks, bill payments, and office purchases.
- Maintain registers/logbooks of couriers and office transactions.
4. Customer & Staff Assistance:
- Guide visitors and help in handling basic inquiries.
- Assist in arranging meetings, schedules, and office events.
- Support HR, accounts, and administration teams as needed.
5. IT & Equipment Assistance:
- Ensure office equipment (printers, computers, etc.) is in working condition.
- Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the concerned department.
