Job Description

Giving the Care services for patients and elder person complete the day of the caregiver duty anyone have a good monitoring health care taker, support the family members for diaper duty.

Responsibilities:

Perform health assessments and develop personalized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to the healthcare team.

Educate patients and their families about managing illnesses or injuries.

Maintain detailed patient records and documentation.

Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Respond to patient emergencies and provide first aid or emergency care as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
