Job Description
- Sales & Promotion:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for home loan products.
- Actively promote home loan products and services to clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s loan products, features, interest rates, and other relevant details.
- Customer Interaction:
- Meet with clients to understand their home loan needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Provide assistance with loan applications, documentation, and the loan approval process.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, DSAs brokers, real estate agents, and other business partners.
- Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Track sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales and product improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
- Graduate
- Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in home loans, banking, or financial products for 1-2years.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
- Basic knowledge of loan products, interest rates, and financial documents.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
- Salary 20-25K pm + attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
